Dance School Merchandise Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unworn and unused.

• In their original condition with all tags attached.

• Returned in their original packaging where possible.

• Free from marks, odours, pet hair, or damage.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as water bottles, hair accessories, socks, tights, or any other personal items unless they are faulty.

Personalised Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalised or custom-made items (including garments with names, initials, or custom printing) unless they are faulty or we have made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability) provided the item meets our return conditions. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
